About SherTec:

Gary Sheriff is the president of SherTec, Inc. a Southern California based consulting and representative firm specializing in laser based systems. Holding an EE and spending 7years as an engineer in the semiconductor business, Gary also has 13 years experience in the application of laser technologies. He is recognized as being instrumental in the development of engraving, marking, cutting and welding laser processes including some consultative work. An expert in the US government’s UID program, Gary has consulted with companies for UID and RFID implementation. An accomplished author, Gary also has several laser technology articles published and currently in print.
